Late in 1984, right after I quickly healed up my eight-year
illness, ulcerative colitis, via the guidance of a Doctor of Natural Hygiene,
Laurence Galant, and my studying and applying T. C. Fry's Life Science
course, Laurence recommended that I order T. C. Fry's Dr. T. C. Fry's
Raw Energy Mini-Course course. I was fervently committed to boosting
my vitality and overcoming the chronic fatigue that accompanied my illness
as soon as possible, so I placed the order. On first seeing the course,
I was ecstatic - I had found a clear and concise guide on how to gain
the high energy that is our birthright!
Dr. T. C. Fry's Raw Energy Mini-Course is a seven-lesson
course which bears the sub-title, "A Special Course in How to Supercharge
Yourself With Energy - Studies in Nutritional and Health Principles and
Their Practical Application." It may be the most useful course on
how to achieve personal excellence you'll ever take. The value of the
course is that it explains in most understandable fashion how the body
works to create energy and sets forth principles on how we can practically

The structure of the course is exceptionally clear,

Readers with a keen interest in nutritional science
will relish the food value information in Lessons 4 and 5. In Lesson 5
the reader will learn which foods are the highest energy foods, and be
set free of common misconceptions about proteins and complex carbohydrates.
Lesson 5 also includes guidelines for meal planning and eating, with sample
menus and a section on how to create your own high-energy recipes.
In Lesson 6, T. C. Fry provides his most illuminating
writing, where he explains in clear terms the concepts of self-healing
and the cause of disease. This lesson is so revealing, the reader may
be empowered (as I was) to immediately save his or her life!

Raw Energy Mini-Course, only eight months after beginning the application
of its principles I went from being a house-bound, chronically fatigued,
weak, miserable and sickly person facing his demise (a medical doctor
had recommended surgical removal of my ulcerated colon) to being a backpacker
on the Appalachian Trail. I hiked over 100 miles with a 25 pound pack
on my back and at a time when I weighed only 118 pounds on my 5-foot 8inch
frame! Several years later on in my rebuilding [and with 20 more pounds
of muscle) I attained a level of health where I enjoy boundless energy
attended by a youthful euphoria most of the time. Today, at age 39 I feel
