Pour the contents into the milk bag, tighten the string then squeeze the bag, releasing the milk into a container. Add more water to release more milk and repeat. Feed the remaining nut or seed particles to pets or add to compost. Dressings, Sauces, Creams Blend with nut or seed milk your choice of acid fruits and/or vegetables, e.g., fresh orange juice, tangerine juice, grapefruit juice, strawberries, peaches, mangos, tomato, cucumber, leafy greens, etc. Add herbs and seasonings for zesty flavors, e.g, dill, basil, tomato powder, celery salt, dulse flakes, cinnamon, allspice, etc. Sprouting Soak the seeds approx. 12 hours, rinse then place them in the bag.
